We completed a full employee and investor buyout of the company from our former parent company, and emerged as an independent, privately held company. We are now officially AquiSense<br \/>Incorporated, majority owned by our employees, and external investors. Completing certification to the rigorous standards of NSF International\/ANSI\/CAN 61-2024<br \/>and validation under the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency\u2019s UVDGM guidance. Marking a major moment in validating UV-C LED water treatment technology for<br \/>large-scale public water applications.
