The\u00a0PearlAqua Deca<\/a>\u00a0by AquiSense Technologies has been awarded the \u201cSolar Impulse Efficient Solution\u201d Label following an assessment performed by external independent experts and based on verified standards.<\/p>

The \u201cSolar Impulse Efficient Solution\u201d Label is one of the first labels for positive impact businesses bringing together protection of the environment and financial viability. This label serves as an award for clean and profitable solutions.<\/p>

It joins the #1000solutions challenge, an initiative by the Solar Impulse Foundation to select solutions that meet high standards in profitability and sustainability and present them to decision-makers to fast-track their implementation.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Highly credible solution to kill bacteria <\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

The PearlAqua Deca was thoroughly assessed by a pool of independent experts according to five criteria covering the three main topics: feasibility, environmental and profitability.<\/p>

Commenting on the credibility of the concept, one of the expert reviews stated: \u201cThe concept of the solution is highly credible: combination of UV-C LED and power adjusted to the water flow, the solution aims at producing UV-C light that has been proven to kill nearly 100 per cent of bacteria.\u201d<\/p>

All labelled solutions are part of the #1000solutions portfolio that will be presented to decision-makers in business and government by Bertrand Piccard, chairman of the Solar Impulse Foundation.<\/p>

The aim of this initiative is to encourage the adoption of more ambitious environmental targets and fast-track the implementation of these solutions on a large scale.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
